Adobe AE on a Macbook Air

I have a Macbook Air with plenty of hard disk space available, I'm thinking of installing Adobe After Effects CS5 but I wanted to know if that would cause any issues (lags, freeze, long/slow boot times, etc.) to rise on my MBA. The below information is the system requirements and about my macbook air, so what do you think? Will I be able to install and use AE with no problems.

My Macbook Air: 11 inches, 128GB, Mac OS X 10.6.7, Memory 2GB, Processor 1.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo.

Adobe After Effects CS5 requires a 64-bit operating system < Does my MBA have this?

  • Multicore Intel processor with 64-bit support
  • Mac OS X v10.5.7 or v10.6
  • 2GB of RAM
  • 4GB of available hard-disk space plus 2GB of space for optional content; additional free space required during installation (cannot install on a volume that uses a case-sensitive file system or on removable flash-based storage devices)
  • 1280x900 display with OpenGL 2.0–compatible graphics card
  • QuickTime 7.6.2 software required for QuickTime features

Macbook Air 11, Mac OS X (10.6.7)
