Ipad2 camera shutter won't work---what should I do?

In order try:

- Resetting the iPad:

Press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home

button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

- Restoring the iPad from backup via iTunes

- Restoring the iPad to factory defaults/new iPad via iTunes

- Make an appointment t the Genius Bar of an Apple store/Call AppleCare

Same problem for my ipad2

Camera don't start .

The camera didn't work. Shutter wouldn't open and the buttons were greyed out.

Try'ed restoring as new / factory, same problem camera don't start 😠
