aperture and blurb

Is there still not a plug-in for using Blurb with Aperture? If not can someone please direct me to the best way to use Aperture and then Blurb as I would like to try their publishing as well As direct via Aperture (they have more options)

Also, re the various PDF export possibilities - were can I find the info on all of them and why is there not an 'Export as Adobe pdf" now? I am sure ther used to be

If you click the Print button in the upper right-hand corner of the book window, you will see the PDF options in the lower left-hand corner of the print window that opens.

Hi Thanks - yes I have used this but I do not know enough of the various pdf options. I have already tried export as pdf and pdf jpeg - but I cannot find an export as Adobe pdf - as I understood that this had a smaller file size?

Well you could open the resulting PDF in Preview and then do a Save as... If you change the Quartz Filter to Reduce File Size, it does just that. Problem is, for a book of images, the quality suffers.

It does look like if you choose Buy Book... and then Preview Book, the resulting PDF is a bit smaller in size. Not sure why, but I just tried it and it lost about 20 mbs...

Thanks again - I should have said that I tried that also! My book has 100 pages and some 350 images (which I want to be the highest quality possible. Via the buy/Preview the file is 570 MB!

Anyone any ideas re Blurb and Aperture yet?
