Garageband and Melodyne

I have a problem that I hope someone can help me with.

I am using Melodyne and have recorded songs in which I also have recorded vocals. But I have also purchased the voice editing software Melodyne, and managed to take the recorded vocal track from GB and insert it to Melodyne and improve the vocals drastically. Now what I would like to do is to replace the vocals I already have in GB with the reworked vocals from Melodyne. BUT, the problem is: I can´t seem to find anywhere in GB where I can insert any files, which is pretty sad. So, my question to you is: Is it possible to insert files from external programmes / softwares like Melodyne, and how do I do it??

Thank U in advance.

In a Real Instrument track, click the Edit tab in GB's User Interface on the right hand side of the screen. Click an empty slot and you will be presented with a list GarageBand Effects and Audio Unit effects which are installed on your computer and available for you to use. In the Audio Unit list scroll down to find Melodyne. Click on it and it will be loaded into this track. Then click the little AU graphic to the left of where Melodyne is now listed in your edit tab. Melodyne should then pop up and your good to go.
