i had updates on the app store so i went to click update all, This didnt work, then it turned all my updating apps to grey and says waiting, so i updated the device to the new software and still no lucky. i even tried on itunes

i havnt got much time to reset and restore all my data, i might try and pop into apple tomrw
This does not restore your iPhone, it just resets all the settings on the device, no information would be lost. Be sure you dont hit the erase iphone button located right near it.

Have you tried to run the updates from iTunes on your computer as well?
You will have to take you phone to the bapple store. AND GET A BETTER PC
My itunes is failing to download on iphone and computer.
