Can I access my android phone via airport with my mac?

I have a Mac book with leapord and Airport Express Base station. My sony ericson android phone is recognising the Wifi. How can I make the phone and mac communicate?

Mac Mini (Tiger), Macbook (Leopard), AXn, Virgin internet by Netgear, Mac OS X (10.4.8), Bluetooth mouse and keyboard. Mac mini connected to 32" HDTV
