How do you add folder to pop account, only shows inbox & trash

Added time Warner cable e-mail account but cannot add new folder, only has inbox and trash

Help please

iPad 2, iOS 4.3.2

Can't be done on the iPad. Best thing is to contact your ISP and see if they support it.

You can only add folders to IMAP accounts (and then via your email client, not in the Mail app on the iPad); POP accounts don't support additional folders
