Shutdown Mac. Hold down: Command, Option, P, R all at the same time, and press Power button. Keep holding down the buttons until Mac restarts and you hear the second startup chime.

Stupid question probably, but my bleutooth keyboard only start working 30sec after start-up??

Bluetooth devices won't work in that early boot state. You actually want to reset all that system and hardware settings. So use your keyboard on your MBP (=MacBook Pro) ... that is what this discussion is about ;-)
