Not Marking Correct or Helpful

I believe the person who opened the thread has to tag answers as helpful or correct. I'm afraid people just don't do so. You could set an example by doing that now 😉.

Just be careful - it is against the ToU to ask that your replies be marked as helpful or correct.

The correct/helpful answers you see are not computer generated. The Original Poster is the only one who can mark replies as helpful or correct.

As an additional note, you can click on "like" at the bottom of a post. This does not award points, but gives subsequent readers an indication that something in the post might be helpful.

I got many helpfull answers, but was only able to mark two answers as helpfull???? Then the button dissaperared, but i still have the correts answer button.

The original poster has up to two helpfuls and one solved to award.

Just to note, you cannot give yourself points. Sometimes, the OP does indeed answer their own question, so it is appropriate to mark their own answers as Correct (or Helpful). You just don't get any points for doing so.
