iPhone 4 stuck on "Syncing notes"

Ever since I've updated to iOS 4.3.2, I can't sync my iPhone 4 anymore!

It's been stuck on "Syncing Kim's iPhone (Step 1 of 4) Syncing notes" for more than an hour now.

When I check in the "Info" tab of my phone on iTunes, the "Advanced" section at the bottom is completely grey (I can't click any of the checkboxes) with "Replace information on this iPhone" and "During the next sync only, iTunes will replace the selected information on this iPhone with information from this computer" written. Also, none of the boxes (Contacts, Calendars, Mail Accounts, Bookmarks & Notes) are checked.

My phone works fine when I unplug it, but I can't add any new music or anything to it.

I've turned my phone on/off, recharged it to full battery, restored it, canceled the sync&resynced, deleted all my notes, checked apple support, but nothing will fix this issue.
