Downloaded an OS X app from App Store.  Followed the refund path that I do for my iphone apps.

 

Log into itunes -> account information -> purchase history - [ report a problem ] ->  App_Name_Here [ report a problem ]

 

Expected result:

report a problem screen opens in window

 

Actual result:

web browser loads to http://www.apple.com/ca/support/mac/app-store/  (the generic support page)

    You are seeing the correct behavior. Had you selected an app for iOS devices and clicked the link for reporting a problem you would have seen the iTunes screen, but since you clicked to report a problem with a Mac OS X app, you were referred to the Mac App Store's page. If you click Account and Billing on that page you will get the screen to report an issue with an app that you purchased from the MAS.
