Hi, there is an app called "cloud browse" which will allow you to play flash content on any website. But for your problem with some YouTube videos, I have experienced the same problem on both my iPad and iPad 2. As far as I have researched, there is no solution. But best of lick to you! Generally the mods delete post when they violate TOU.
Most of the time what someone consdiers an opinion is cause for deletion because it consider a violation by the mods.

Hmmm, I've never tried skydive, though I've heard the same thing. I have an app called cloudbrowse and it works quite well. Give it a try :)

Your iPad, but NOT your OS. You license not own it. I'd wager that you completely skipped past the small print in the box? Granted, it's not necessarily a boon that iOS doesn't support flash but that's where we are. People should;
a) Post feedback and,
b) Read up and be informed before a purchase.
