A little more detail would be helpful. How do you know that "the Wifi connection is no problem"? Based on what?

Have you connected to the App Store or iTunes on your iPad?

You could try to reboot the iPad if you know your re connected. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button at the top of the iPad until the red slider appears, then slide to the right to power off the iPad. Turn the iPad on again by pressing the sleep button until the Apple logo appears. Once the iPad has fully rebooted, find Safari and try again.

Try a hard reset by pressing and holding down on the sleepbutton at the top of the iPad while holding down on the home button at the bottom, until the Apple logo appears and the iPad restarts. Launch Safari and see what happens.

After rebooting go to Settings>WiFi and make sure you have selected the network that you want to join.

Try opening the Apps Store and see if it allows you to see available apps in the store.

Things to try:

1) Look at the top left to see if you have a wifi signal. It's like a 3 level umbrella symbol.

2) Double-tap the home key and stop all running apps by touch and holding until the minus signs appear on the icons. Then touch all the minus signs. Restart the ipad by pressing the home and power buttons for ten seconds, until the apple appears. After it restarts, test the safari again.

If still bad, try this sequence of events:

1) If that is good, test the wifi with another device or computer.

2) If the wifi is good with other devices, you can go to, on the ipad, Settings>General>Reset>reset network settings. This will delete all network settings and allow you to create fresh ones.

3) With the WiFi turned on in settings, select the wifi network you are using. The ipad will join after you enter any required password.

4) Test safari.

Hope this helps....
