windows boot camp wont start up

i switched to the windows os startup (my boot camp partition. Apparently the windows os isnt set up right and wont fully satrt...

So, is there a way to change back to the mac os as the start up disk without being in one of the environments--windows or mac? i guess is the a way get myslef back to the mac osx I know how to select it from control panel IF i were able to get into windows, but it doesnt boot!!
