Failing VPN service from Snow Leopard Server

I have searched tweaked and even paid a certified MAC tech to set up my VPN service on my Snow Leopard Mac Mini and so far it randomly fails. The only way to fix it is to turn the VPN service off then back on but obviously that is a little tough miles or even states away. I purchased this Mac for the VPN functionality but......

Apple, are you going to fix this problem?
