I get daily notifications that TimeMacine is running out of space:
The volume TimeMachine on my_server.local is running out of free space.
It has only 43.54 GB (4.68%) free.
Is there a GUI or command line configuration file that can be modified to turn off or disable this particular notification for TimeMachine?

I'm not quite sure, but try to uncheck the first checkbox in Server-Admin - Settings - Warnings.

I know that we can disable all disk full notifications but what about JUST Time Machine? - as Time Machine is designed to fill a disk with history I see this issue on many servers.

I have the same problem. We have running severall server (10.6-10.8). The Disk Full Notification ist a good Tool but we really want to disable it for the Time Machine Volumes. We have on every Server 2 Volumes for TimeMachine. 1) for the BackUp off the Server itself (external HD) an 2) for Backup the Clients.
I think it can be disable with an CLI Command but I have no Idea which command this could be
