My screen colors has changed to an x-ray style all of a sudden. Can anyone help to to restore it.

It worked!!! Go to Settings then General then Accessibility then Invert Colors and change it back to OFF and the original colors are back.

Hello:

Go to system preferences>universal access. I suspect that "display" is set to "white on black."
