INCOMING MAIL SERVER

On my ,Mac Mail account I cannot change my Incoming mail server (it is not highlighted) in account information so I cannot receive e-mail except by logging on to my internet provider's e-mail. I don't know what to do now.

If you are referring to a .Mac account, you cannot change the incoming mail server for a .Mac account which you don't want to do anyway since this has nothing to do with receiving messages with an email account provided by your ISP.

To receive and send mail with an email account provided by your ISP, you need to create a new account in Mail with the required settings for the account.
