Special Characters Display Problem in Safari on Windows

I like Safari very much so I use Safari on Windows, too.

But I found a very very weird problem about the characters displayed in Safari in some websites.

The most questionable website is www.renren.com, it's a social networking website like facebook in China.

And the questions goes here, contents maybe in Chinese.

Special characters in the webpage are displayed as a empty rectangle in Safari on Windows but normal in Safari on Mac OS.

Safari on Windows:

Safari on Mac:

Other web browsers like Chrome and IE on Windows works well, though.

Do you have any samiliar problem here?

I'm quite annoyed about this.

PC-OTHER, Windows 7

The problem is that the browser has a problem interpreting certain text characters, and there is not much that can be done about it other than contact Apple and hope they provide an update with the feature you would like to see.
