Apr 25, 2011 9:11 AM in response to rafaeldelaislaby watts300,Has it ever worked?
First thing I would do is reset the Printing System (right click on the white box that has your printer listed in Print and Fax preferences) and then readd the printer.
Make sure there are no active or pending print jobs on the other computer. (turn it off maybe? to be sure)
Then just try again.
If still no go, check Software Update for updates to the driver that's currently install. If it's up-to-date and still won't print, hop on the printer's website and reinstall the driver software from there.
Tell me what happens.

Apr 25, 2011 1:49 PM in response to rafaeldelaislaby watts300,Where is the "printer is busy" coming from? From Pages, Word, TextEdit, HP software?
It sounds like an HP software configuration issue.
Can you take a screen shot of the error so I can see the whole thing?

May 1, 2011 7:27 AM in response to watts300by rafaeldelaisla,Here you have the screen, the only problem is that it is in Spanish....I don't think it is the hp software, I believe that I am doing something wrong when configuring the printer, once installed, with mac....

Oct 26, 2011 6:52 PM in response to rafaeldelaislaby hmaddyr, reseting the printer doesn't work, it only makes your printer disappear! -- I followed similar advice before and then ended up spending over an hour with HP uninstalling and reinstalling!!!
