Does anyone know how to restore the default iPhone clock app? I accidentally deleted it from my iPhone and can't see it on my applications list when I sync to iTunes.

Built in apps cannot be deleted. You probably moved it to another page or into a folder.
You cannot delete the clock application.
Have you checked to see if it is on another page or in a folder?
You can also reset the home screen layout.
Have a look at the manual:

if not found reset or update the software
