I'm brand new in the mac world, and i need to use one program in windows, therefor i do need to connect to the internet and i can't find the netvork hatdware ?
can anyone help me.

I'm assuming you're using Bootcamp? If not then do explain how you're using Windows 7 with your MBA.
If you haven't already you'll need to install the driver.
Follow the Bootcamp manual: http://manuals.info.apple.com/en/boot_camp_install-setup.pdf
If you're using a Virtual Machine like Parallels then refer to their documentation on how to install drivers, if necessary.
