So I closed my MACBook Pro last night, went to bed, woke up, and now it looks like this:
The colors are all messed up and I don't know how to get it back to the default, or is this a virus, or is there something wrong with my graphics card?

The colours look fine on that screen shot.... which have gone wrong, exactly?
If you're sure they're wrong, then first try a restart.... if that doesn't help. go to settings, open "displays", click colour, then fiddle around with the different profiles, or try calibrating (calibrating is guided with instructions step by step).

I really hate to tell you mang, but your screenshots are coming through normally, which means it is a user preference that has been enabled.
Does everything look like it is a negative?
Do the colors appear stark and washed out?
