IPOD Will not charge other than to wall charger

My duaghters ipod touch all of a sudden will not charge to anything other than a wall charger.. Whats up with that? It connects to itunes on the PC fine but isnt charging. Plays on her AL speakers but wont charge. Two other ipods will, just hers won't Anyone konw a fix for this?
