My iphone isn't showing up in iTunes on any of my authorized computers. This problem just started -- older iPhone, up-to-date iTunes, is that the problem?
An authorized or non-authorized computer has no bearing on this.
Do you have access to more than one USB dock connector cable to rule out a problem with the single dock connector cable that you may be using when connecting your iPhone to each computer?
I have tried two different USB connectors -- one at home, one at work -- so I don't think that's it. From a quick glance at Apple, looks like I may need to reinstall iTunes. Have you heard about that as a solution? Thanks for your help.
