can macbookpro 13" run, even slowly, 3d cad program such as solidworks or inventor?(no animation)

Hi everybody,

I'm going to buy a new notebook and I really like the macbook pro 13". Just one little problem: in the future maybe I will have to work with 3d cad such as Solidworks and Inventor. In every case it must not be heavy work, just not too elaborate part. I will not need any 3D animation, just desing and extrude. I wonder if the intel 3000 hd graphics can support these programs for the basc functions I need.
