my ipod has frozen cant even turn off what can I do
Please help my Ipod has frozen cant turn off even pressing and hold the sleep button for 10 sec is not helping, the ipod is not showing on the devices on Itunes

Try placing your iPod in Recovery Mode and restoring it via iTunes: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1808.
