How to start a footnote with a number different from 1?
Is it possible in Pages 09 to let a footnote begin with a higher number than 1? As far as I can see it is only possible with page numbers but not with footnotes.

No, Pages doesn't have that feature. I tried to do it manually but that didn't work either.
