I've selected "Only Sync Selected Music and Videos" but my iPhone is still syncing unchecked music on those playlists. I tried hooking up my iPod touch, and its stil syncing correctly.
Is there a way to fix this besides just removing my unchecked songs from all my playlists?

Are you using the same computer and iTunes accountto sync your iPhone and iPod Touch? You may be using the same profile.
"Sync only checked songs and videos" should have allowed you to skip unchecked items in your iTunes library when syncing.
I am using the same computer (a mac mini if that helps). It didn't allow for the same profile when I set up my phone, so I made those selections when first syncning my phone and it still added the unchecked music.
