Receiving password reset emails

I keep getting emails stating "We're unable to reset your password", or instructions to do so. I am not attempting to reset my password. What is causing this? Is someone attempting to use my ID? Where do I find help or who to report this to?

Sounds like some kind of phishing scam, to me!

Don't reply to that email or click on any links in it!

I thought of that, but emails are comming from "AppleID@apple.com". In addition, my ID was disabled when I went to log on.

My real question is where at Apple do I report things or FIND HELP??? I can't find anything under "contact us" that is free support, except for discussion groups.
