How input a text file on ipod nano 6g?

I would like to input a text on my ipod nano. Place a file where I can read the text on the iPod. This is possible? I remember in previous versions of the iPod, it was possible to input a txt file on the iPod.

Hello Limera,

Yes, you can store and read text files on your iPod. For instructions on how to do this, see this article.

Hi,

I have a technique for storing and reading text on an iPod Nano 6th Generation...

The Nano has the capability to show lyrics.

Lyrics are text and are editable in iTunes so pick a song, select 'get info', select 'Lyrics' tab and paste your text...

When you're ready to read the text on your iPod select the song, tap off the album art if it comes up, then swish the sreens until you get to the lyrics (your text) and swish to scroll down.

I have all my house measurements (a long file) stored in an Adele song (first in my song list).

This is very handy at a yard sales when you need to reference window sizes (for curtains) or how wide a table would need to be to fit into that kitchen nook.
