You mean the picture you have on your list opf users for different people? If so, there are many places to do it, but clicking on any picture will end up sending you to an option of changing it to that one.

If you mean the screen that comes up while you are starting your computer I dont think you can change it. I wouldnt even if you could. Dont think those types of things are meant to be messed with. IMO, of course.

If you mean the look of the window itself, I suppose if you look hard enough, you might find instructions for doing this, but this would be not a cosmetic mod, but a severe hack of a very critical part of the system that could disable your computer entirely if it backfired. You're a heck of a lot braver than I am if you're willing to chance that for something you see so rarely.

Hope they can help you out. But a word of caution, it isn't as simple, in Mac OS X I would think, as in the Mac OS 7-8-9 days.

The image you are looking for, "Aqua Blue.jpg", is found in Macintosh HD (or whatever you've renamed it) > Library > Desktop Pictures > Aqua Blue.jpg. I'd suggest renaming your NEW image file after you've backed up the original (just make a duplicate and change the name). You MUST use the name "Aqua Blue.jpg".
