Where do I specify the Bind DN in the Address Book for an LDAP account?

Where do I specify the Bind DN in the Address Book for an LDAP account?

I'm trying to set up an LDAP account in Address Book. I have LDAP working in another application, so I know the server and my information is correct.

The problem I'm having is that I don't see where in the Address Book I can specify the LDAP "Bind DN". The Bind DN is supposed to be this:

motguid=,ou=people,ou=intranet,dc=motorola,dc=com

But Address Book only asks for the Search Base. The User Name field contains my userid, and the Password field contains my password. Where does the Bind DN go?

Mac mini, Mac OS X (10.6.7)

Check Dir. utility in system prefs-->accounts-->and under LDAPv3 settings, then click on manual setup and enter your disg. name for the mapping.

Check Dir. utility in system prefs-->accounts-->and under LDAPv3 settings, then click on new-->manual setup, then on the LDAP server drop down menu choose custom and click add enter your disg. name for the mapping.

I don't see any "LDAPv3" settings anywhere.
