Can I make Fring video calls with front camera in iPhone 4?

I am going to buy a iPhone 4 (GSM). my requirement is make video calls via Fring. I will use 3G network to make video call as i dont have any WiFi facility. Please advice me..

(I have heard that the front camera supports only for video calls with WiFi only)

As they say on the very top of the page:

"FREE Video calls (on 3G & WiFi) with DVQ™ technology"

Front cam , back cam doesn't matter.

It is just Fring to Fring though.

Yes you can. I have tried it. Though I must say that the facetime experience is better if you communicate using apple products
