Old Game Center stats keep appearing

I recently did a clean restore on my iPod so lost all my game data in doing so. I then downloaded a few of the games I'd lost to begin playing them again. When I went to check scores my scores in Game Center, its still showing my old stats/achievements from before the restore.

Ive tried deleteing games and choosing the option to remove data from Game Center and downloaded again, but the same old stats and achievements appear...any ideas how to get rid of this? Thanks
