AppleShare IP 6.3 help (Please help!)

I have AppleShare IP 6.3 running in my Mac G4 computer with MacOS 9 and FileMaker Server 5. I have some Mac and mostly Windows Clients. It is connecting fine with older Windows computers but I got two new Dell 280's and I can't connect to those new Windows computers running Operating System Windows 2000 Professional. Please let me know what is wrong with the new computers? I know that previously I had to remove a patch KB885250 from some of my Windows computers to make them work. Right now I am clueless. Please help!
