My iPhone 3GS has recently started vibrating "automatically" or for no particular reason. Any ideas?

me 2 !!! on iphone 4 ! ... vibrated for about 1 min !!!!!!! was on , suddenly turned off and started vibrating !!!!
Reset your phone, hold the home and the off button down until the apple symbol comes up.
