having a really weird problem with my iphone 4 - when i go to the photos app and try to tap camera roll it seems to be stuck up high at the top - i try pulling it down but it just goes back up there?
any advice?

Try resetting your iPhone by pressing the home and sleep buttons until you see the Apple logo, ignoring the slider. Takes about 5-15 secs of button holding and you won't lose any data or settings.

just wondering, when i tap into the camera app it takes ages for the shutter to open, my mates iphone 3gs is quicker and my iphone 4 should be quicker, any advice?

It should be quicker after the Reset. Do you ahve a lot of pics in your camera roll? Note that you should be moving your photos from the camera roll onto your computer regularly.. the iPhone is not a permanent storage device.
how do you move the photos to your computer?
I have the same problem since updating to 4.3 but the quickest way to reverse it is to double click the home button to bring up multi-tasking then close the app out with the little red minus sign. App will be back to normal after that. Works for me every time but it appears again within a couple of days!!
