This Apple iPod touch, Model No. A1367 is a 4th Generation iPod and is the first model to include Facetime. This model number comes in an 8gb, 32gb and 64gb.
The 8 GB configuration is MC540LL/A.
The 32 GB configuration is MC544LL/A.
The 64 GB configuration is MC547LL/A.

No. Only the 5G iPod touch can go to iOS 7.
All the iOS devices compatible with iOS 7 have at least 512 MB of memory. The 4G only has 256 MB

Unfortunately, this iPod 4th gen is only capable of updating to the 6.1.1 version update. Sorry for the bad news :/
