I have repeatedly tried to delete a subscribed calendar from my iCal on my Mac, and it disappears only to reappear next time I launch iCal. I have deleted it AND deleted the Calendar cache (user/Library/Calendars/Calendar Cache), but the phantom subscribed calendar still reappears next time I launch iCal.

The person who created the calendar has deleted her MobileMe account, so the calendar does not exist. Hence, it has a triangle with an exclamation point next to it. But she can't unpublish it now, since she doesn't have her account anymore.

Any ideas how I can get rid of this subscribed calendar? I've been browsing the forum for two hours and none of the solutions offered have worked for me.
