Jun 2, 2014 8:58 AM in response to jerbran23by Krisolutions,hi.i'm not from apple but im a big fan of it.so lets get to ur problem..have u tried checking if the rear camera lense is wiped clean?if so try goin to the camera thru the phone and then holding the place u wanna focus until the lock activates..there are other solutions..still if u have the problem try removing the back door of the phone and re focusing without the back housin..this is the problem in most phones..so if the camera focuses now..try cleanin the lence from the inside view of ur rear housin and fix it back..give me feed back once u do all that..then i'll proceed u to the rest of the steps.and also apple support is not bothered since they have our money but still i love apple products
