iPhone4, no sound problem

Hi There,

I got my iphone 4 days ago, amazing device, but:

my sound often goes off all of a sudden: Not even the dialer sounds, not the unlock sounds, etc... nothing works. No icon of a connected headphone is shown either. This is what i already tried:

- Its not the 'mini-jack' in and out problem, that does`nt solve it

- I already updated to latest IOS currently in iTunes available, did not fix it either

- It can only be solved by turning the iPhone off entirely, then turning it back on fixed the problem.

Is this a software thing?

What can i do, thinking of calling support now but realy HATE it to have to return a gadget 4 days after you got it...

Hi, I am also having the same problem, i just got the iphone 4 yesterday, initially everything is fine, sound is ok, but when I unplug my earphone, the sound totally gone, i need to reset the phone for the first time, but when come to second time, no sound at all even when I do the reset of the program. Kindly a dvise how to solve this problem.
