Scratched Shiny Silver Part

Has anyone had any luck polishing out scratches from the silver part of the iPod video? I now have mine in a case but I would really love to be able to buff it. If so, what product did you use?

iPod Video 30G, Mac OS X (10.4.3)

i would reccomending using a dremal that has a polishing bit attached to it on the end and using brasso to polish any metal.

as for using ikleaner and all those "ipod purposed" product, i think they're a total waste of time.

Actually, they tend to work.

I have tried brasso, and it did more harm than good...

when i say that i meant on metal parts.

i've tried using ice creme on old 5g ipod and it ruined the screen to oblivion and had to get that exchanged.
