Scrabble App shut itself off and won't update on iPhone?

Most of the app issues I see are solved by double tapping the Home button, then holding a finger on the app until it wiggles, and pressing the minus button. If that doesn't work, You can open the app and hold the Sleep/Wake until you see slide to power off, then hold the Home button until the app closes.

Are you talking about contacts in Scrabble?

If the app stops responding and/or you reset the iPhone while the app is open, the unsaved app data can be lost. That is why sliding to power off is prefered, like shutting down your computer from the menu instead of the power button.

If you're not talking about contacts in Scrabble, how were the contacts synced to the iPhone?

I've restarted my phone, even left off overnight. I've removed the Scrabble app with the "jiggle" method. It still will not upload my list of games. It just keeps saying uploading. A friend I was playing with is having the same problem.

I have an iphone4s with iOS 5.1.1 (9B206) and the same thing was happening. I've closed all my app's (by double clicking the home button, and then press and hold the app until a minus sign appears, then closing the app) and rebooted the phone, and when I open the scrabble app, I had to log back into fb, and then it did the "updating" thing for a minute or so, and then loaded my game. yeah!

it seems to be working fine on my iphone 4. have you tried the basic reset of the phone?

I hope someone can help. When I open Scrabble app on IPad it says Updating but is stuck I'm that mode (circle spinning). A

Any ideas??
