hello my dad and i both have iphone 4 16gb but we notice that our fcc id on the back is different..his says bcg-e2380a and the other says bcg-e2380b..i bought mine from a co worker but im not sure what to think..i would appreciate if anyone can explain to me why are they both different. thank you

Doesn't mean anything. Many manufacturer's, like Apple, submit multiples of the same device for FCC testing, hence the different numbers.
thankx for the response.but im wondering alot of my friend and my dads friend both have e2380a i havent seen anyone with the e2380b? do you think that my iphone is from another state or something

No, it doesn't mean anything other than what I've already told you. The FCC data base is a public record. If you want, you can go to the FCC site and search yourself. All you're gonna find is different approval dates for the exact same model phone though.
