How to rearrange pictures in an album?

I'm at a loss as to how to organize the pictures in a given album or event. Can someone help?

24" iMac 2.8 GHz Extreme Dual Core 20" iMac G5 2.0 GHz iPod Touch, Mac OS X (10.6.6)

View Menu -> Sort Photos

gives you the options for Events. In Albums you have one extra - Manually, just drag the pics to where you want them.

If I've already put them up on the me.gallery.com is there a way to either delete that album or re-edit the order in which the pictures are displayed?

You managed to drag them around from within the gallery on mobile me? On my gallery page, they give you options on the bottom for display Grid, mosaic, slideshow, etc. I can't drag them around on my me.gallery page.
