Rented Movies not showing up on iPad?

I downloaded three movies on my computer (I was able to use a very nice high speed lan connection) as rentals to watch on a trip. I sync'ed my iPad to the computer, however after I did the sync, I still don't see the rented movies. Any suggestions? I do see a movie I bought with no issues but not any of the rented ones.

Thanks in advance...

Did you specifically set the movies in iTunes to transfer over to the iPad? Rented movies can only be on one device at a time. So, it won't sync automatically. You have to do it manually through iTunes.

Ok you got me going down a road, thanks... But Here's what I find when I go into "Help"

To transfer a rental to iPod, iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV:

  1. Connect your device to your computer.
  2. In iTunes, select your device (below Devices):User uploaded file
  3. Click the Movies or TV Shows tab, depending upon the item you rented.
  4. Select the rented item.
  5. Click Move. After you transfer a rental, it’s removed from your iTunes library.

Still no luck...

Do you see the rented movies in your iTunes library? If so, then make sure you're following the directions above properly. I found them a bit unclear. Plug in your iPad. Select it in the devices section on the left side of the iTunes window. This should be bring up all the syncing options in the main part of the iTunes window. There are many tabs, including Info, Music, etc. Select the one labeled Movies. If the movies are on your computer, they should show up here with the option to move them to the iPad.
