How to fix iTunes Store Layout problem?
Seems like the CSS is missing.

I have this exact problem also.. this is annoying.. i keep refreshing and restart itunes but to no avail.. how to fix this??

yes.. my itunes version is already the latest (ver 10.2.2). This problem started a few days ago..
Try restarting your computer, if that doesn't work it seems almost like itunes isn't fully loading the page properly.

As you say, it's likely a CSS issue (or equivelant), and given that multiple people are experiencing it I'd guess the problem is at their end.
Have you been able to fix this? I'm seeing it also and haven't figured out what's wrong.
i'm having the same issue. I am using the latest version of iTunes 10.5. Last night i used "Clean my Mac" to clean my system. I think some of the cache files/ fonts might have been deleted accidentally.
Try changing the region to other country then change back. It work for me.
