Black Screen Bootup

After installing windows 7 on the 2010 Mac Mini I can use windows 7 fine. After the first restart I can never get it to boot again. I always see a black screen with white blinking underscore at boot up. I have tried installing all the apple drivers before restarting and everything but no luck yet.

Any ideas?
