How to get rid of ghost burn folder in Finder

I have an icon of a failed burn disk in all my finder windows under places. Can't seem to get rid of it. Any ideas?

Hold down the command key and drag it out of the sidebar.

Edit: This will work if you're running 10.6.7. Your profile says 10.5.5.
